Cadence Communications utilizes management and reporting software designed expressly for our use to audit existing IXC costs and to determine potential abuses, both internally and externally—abuses by employees, divisions or carriers.

An important element of Cadence Management Reports is that we can plug “multiple carrier” information together into our monthly reports. This is a very unique function for the telecom industry. These reports actually “replace” the Billing Summaries our Clients receive from the IXCs. Clients pay their bills, but rely on CCI’s Management Reports to audit the IXCs, employees and divisions … often with undeniable and irrefutable results!
