Contract Negotiation Examples
Better contract negotiations can make a difference to your bottom line. Since 1995, Cadence Communications, Inc. has been striving to empower our clients with the ability to better buy telecom. Here are a few examples of how we make this happen for you:
1. All contractual gross and net rates, including but not limited to: Outbound, Inbound, Switched, Dedicated, Fully Connected, Partially Connected, Non-Connected, Interstate, Intrastate, IntraLata and Digital Link (if applicable), Local calling rates, Canadian, Mexico, International applicable rates, Directory Assistance, Calling Card, Calling Card Surcharges for all sites, Payphone Surcharges, Frame Relay, Data, IP rates, along with any other rates available at the time, are to be given to Cadence and Client on IXC’s letterhead with IXC signature of authority at the time of contract signing. These rates are to be fully implemented within the ramp up period. If not, the IXC will refund the difference in billing costs.
2. All fully executed “IXC countersigned” individual contracts, along with the adjoining fully executed Cadence Addendum, must be countersigned no later than two weeks following the client signing date. All executed agreements are to be mailed by “overnight or second-day mail” by IXC to Cadence and the Client.
3. All waivers, credits or concessions of any kind made by IXC must be in writing and included in the IXC’s Service Agreement, or as an Addendum to this Agreement.
